Maybe I missed this somewhere but has it ever been stated (other than the fact that they have inherent talent for divination) why the Tultipetans are favored by Larissa? I wonder if there's anything in their history about visitations by either Larissa herself or her servants back in the day (say around the time the Dwarves/Celestial Giants agreed to watch over humanity). Also I don't recall where the Tultipetans fall in that regard. We "know" the Solani and Tir Betoqui were the worst offenders and that other enclaves were not happy with their behavior. It might help explain how they would regard humanity. At least in a general sense.

On a related (at least Dwarven) note as I recall there's something going on (or was) between the Tir Betoqui and the Kio. I remember something to the effect that while there's no overt enmity between the two, they do give each other a wide berth. Thought that was curious.
