    Does the AR bonus from the “Armor” power stack with any Armor gear such as “Reinforced Clothing”?

    No, they do not stack. As per pg. 86 in the main rulebook: “In the event that a character has multiple Armor Rating values that could apply to an attack, only the highest Armor Rating applies.“
