What, if any, Gnome Racial talents do you take in your gnome builds? Considering that racial talents are still talents and don’t stack with anything.
January 9, 2014 at 8:21 pm #254897AnonymousInactiveMy wife took AD: Enlarged Legs (or whatever the specific name is)
I worked on a Gnome build that had a lot of them…Have Mercy, I Wont Eat That, etc…February 4, 2014 at 1:08 am #256228AnonymousInactiveOne thing that I have found was the RP factor that the Adventantageous Deformity provides. It creates a unique flavor for the gnome PC. Especially since there are so few gnomes in play. I know I’ve gotten a -LOT- RP mileage from “Can’t Eat That” from GM’s and players than what is specifically in the hard written rules. Mostly, “Gee your disgusting.”
Now that I am writing this I wonder what a Larissan Gnome with Can’t Eat That and Seduction can get away with…. Horror Check from a kiss?

February 4, 2014 at 12:56 pm #256250AnonymousInactiveThe gnome in the last game I played had Enlarged Eyes and Have Pity! The player described him as looking like Marty Feldman. He walked around hunched over (but didn’t actually have a hunch) and carried a shovel. He’d ask people “bury your dead?” and frequently remarked, “have shovel, will travel.” Naturally, we all called him Igor.
That was a really fun character.

He’s a ladies man and he’s out to make more gnomes. If I had the cash I would have bought the Tultipetan cert so he would primary worship Larissa and play match maker, making sure dwarves don’t breed true.
Catchphrase, “If you are looking for perfection, look no further.” *Insert the smolder*

February 17, 2014 at 2:06 pm #256950AnonymousInactiveSomeone should make a Val Sorc-Priest and a table of all gnomes..
The Val dresses in all black…
The gnomes, all with big eyes, dress in all yellow… and ONLY speak in some rare language…

February 17, 2014 at 10:22 pm #256972AnonymousInactive*ponders creating a One handed, one legged, one eyed Midget human that just happens to look like a gnome*
*then ponders creating a trap that only such a character could overcome. It would have to be an Ansharan trap… “You must have this many disadvantages to pass, and gain access to the ultimate in compensation: A world-destroying weapon.”*
This Vault is making my brain melt…
