So we have three open library slots at ArcaniCon.
would people benefit if I posted individual threads for those slots, or did something on warhorn or just let people show up and try to do something at the con.
I’m asking because it would be nice to have the judge prepared for the slot, it would be nice to know how many judges i need to get for the slots and maybe I can do something special and get the author to run their own module or somesuch.
let me know folks!
February 5, 2014 at 6:30 pm #256362AnonymousInactiveBeing one of the judges I would like some heads up for sure.
As for how to get the count and mod interest I think the easiest way would be to create a Google Form
It will allow everyone to enter in their preferences and see the results.
I threw something together that you could try
February 6, 2014 at 12:27 am #256383AnonymousInactivePosted the mods I need. Form seems to work. Thanks!
February 6, 2014 at 2:22 am #256388AnonymousInactiveThe two mods that I need aren’t on the list, namely:
Gleams of Fire
Visions of Lives PastWill these be organized separately?
Thanks.
February 6, 2014 at 3:08 am #256390AnonymousInactiveI need:
Visions of Lives Past
Gleams of FireAmanda needs:
Long March, Dark Coda
Gleams of FireI am willing to GM slots, but I’m already signed up to GM all the actual ArcaniCon stuff, so if I can play on the Friday morning (maybe Thursday night depending on when we get in from Toronto. . . ) I’d prefer it.
February 7, 2014 at 5:47 pm #256450AnonymousInactiveDid I miss some mods?
I pulled the list from the Legends of Arcanis site
February 7, 2014 at 5:57 pm #256451AnonymousInactiveLong March, Dark Coda and Visions of Lives Past were released for Con Play in November, which means the Harvesters should have them. Gleams of Fire I believe either has or soon will premier, which means Harvesters should have them fairly soon.

this link should show the results
February 11, 2014 at 5:57 pm #256583AnonymousInactiveAs an aside, as someone who might be running open slots I can run any of the events so far as I’ve played all current mods.

February 13, 2014 at 4:27 pm #256733AnonymousInactiveOk, not sure if this is the best place to post this question or not. If not, I apologize.
I saw Henry post that there are 4 HPs already released. The first 2 are on the site for download. The next two:
HP3 “Ancient Battles Left Unfinished” by Henry Lopez and Jim Beck
HP4 “Visions of Lives Past” by Henry LopezAre not. HP3 is the BI I’m guessing. How critical is it to play at least HP4 before the newly released HP5 premieres at ArcaniCon?
If it’s really important, would it perhaps be possible to get someone to GM a table or 2 of HP4 for us?
Nicole and I will not be up there in time for either of the early Open Library slots and can’t stay for the last one. Maybe it’s best if we play 5 and then go back for 3 and 4 later as they’ll be released for homeplay faster I would expect.
Thoughts?
With a sweep of his hat,
Paul
February 13, 2014 at 4:29 pm #256734AnonymousInactiveFrom what I know of HP4 (very little, actually) it is not important for the Blessed Lands arc specifically, but rather important for an understanding of the universe generally. I could be wrong, but from what Amanda tells me (who has played it) you should not need it for the major storyline.
That said, interested in a Friday morning slot for the adventure, Paul? I’m missing it so I’d like to play it too!
February 13, 2014 at 4:34 pm #256735AnonymousInactiveI would love to play, alas a teleporter has yet to be built. We’re dropping the kids off at school on Friday morning and will hit the road from Cincinnati at a little before 8. We shouldn’t be late to the SP premiere, but I don’t know that we’ll get in much before it. We’d be happy to share a table at some point at least over the weekend if you can use a couple of former legionnaires.
With a sweep of his hat,
Paul
February 13, 2014 at 4:47 pm #256737AnonymousInactiveAlas, I’m going to be GMing the main con, but I’d be happy to kil. . . I mean, run a few Legionnaires!
February 14, 2014 at 4:48 pm #256837AnonymousInactiveShould I be concerned that only two people filled out the survey? and that we marked 0 modules in common?
