let me start of by saying this is a blatant rule change.
I think these flaws are a magnitude worse than any other flaws, and I don’t think any one is voluntarily taking these flaws because they screw over almost all characters in one way or another.
a suggested fix to bring them inline with the same amount of suckage other flaws have would be to make them effect only 3 stats instead of 4.
so the physically weak spellcaster isnt seriously hampered because their prowess die is dropped, or the mentally weak can still remember the divine cants they pull off with their force of personality
