this can be re written to remove a whole lot of fluff in the effect, and the psion onic adaptation really doesnt do anything additional to the base effect, as deceit is a;ready a social skill and gets the bonus listed
also this spell needs to very specificially detail what can be done with it such as, hide Val eyes, impersonate a dark kin, allow one race to pass of as another race in some or all instances
