As a reminder, I have a standard WH judge award for major cons. You’ll get to choose a rank 1 relic from a currently book (Cities of Mysery or the upcoming Rites and Relics) for your character.

well realistically, the next time I’m going to look at that infomration is early next week, I’ll ping you then. in the mean time you can reference the westboundshark site for current slot information.

I’ll be sending the mods out pretty soon, i think 2 weeks before the convention is usually when things that are already available (like the origins mods) normally go out, we might be waiting longer for the premiere.

Yes, I figure to arrive at least 15 mins prior. 30 minutes if I can.

Where do I get a Judge badge if that is a thing? Are there any rules and guidelines for judges? All that kind of information.

I’ve sent an email to the address in the account you created on westboundshark. Once you respond to it I can get you a badge fairly quickly.

If you have contemplated judging for us to get a badge it looks like the last day to get a refund on the badge you may have already purchased is on 6/29. I am also not sure if I will be able to register any more GM Badges after that so time is running out.

If you would like a badge but are unable to judge 4 slots, talk to me or Josh Elliott and we *may* be able to accomodate you. We have several left to give out. (You may have to bring us cookies.)

Specifically what we need to gaurantee a good show is Arcanis judges for 7 slots. The rest can be made to work out.

Next year (as I’m already counting this a success due to ticket sales alone) we will be offering more tables and need many more judges. We may also be able to offer room space for 4-ish judges which should make things easier. We will also be having signups far earlier in the year.

Also, if you have been on the fence with buying a ticket for Arcanis or Witch Hunter we are having more slots sell out fairly frequently. We will do our best to entertain generics, but if push comes to shove, we’ll have to seat tickets before generics as always.
