I’ve been developing a character sheet for WH on Roll20 that I’m hoping to submit for general use. I figure it will make it very easy to run Revelations rounds over VTT. So while I’m working at it, is there any Revelations specific bookkeeping components that should be included?

Like maybe cert level stuff: Round played, SP Awarded, date played, that sort of stuff. If there isn’t anything, that’s fine. But once the sheet is submitted and available, I’m taking my membership back down and won’t be able to edit it as easily.
I can’t do a full cert, but adding a Revelations section for OP at this point would be easy I think.

Favors
Contacts
“Special” Abilities
Special Situations that occuredJuly 30, 2014 at 2:42 am #264308AnonymousInactiveHere is a sneak peak at the semi-finished section:

You can add as many events as you want. It isn’t meant to replace the Adventure Journal page, but to compliment it. Will this work for everyone?

I’m hoping to submit it tonight or tomorrow and hopefully (fingers crossed) it will be available for general use very soon.
Here’s a sneak peek!

That looks pretty slick. Once you’re done with the WH sheet, what are the odds of doing an Arcanis sheet? I tried to start one a few weeks back, but my HTML skills are lacking.
August 15, 2014 at 2:54 pm #264461AnonymousInactiveAcurrier,
Not much chance, I’m afraid. I’m not very familiar with Arcanis. My HTML and CSS skills are really behind the curve. I’m amazed the WH sheet has turned out as well as it has. I’d be happy to share some of the tricks I’ve learned along the way.
Have you asked around for interest on the forums? I expect there should be more than a couple of people on Roll20 interested in Arcanis support.
Sorry,
TomSeptember 4, 2014 at 10:43 pm #264772AnonymousInactiveI submitted the final(?) version of the character sheet this afternoon. With any luck, and assuming I did it right, I hoping it will be available next week. I don’t know much about the approval process, so it could take days, weeks…? I’ll let everyone know when it’s up.

September 16, 2014 at 2:03 pm #264875AnonymousInactiveAs of last night, the witch hunter character sheet on Roll20 is LIVE! It’s available to anyone who wants to play. So if you’ve been thinking about running WHR events on a VTT, this might be the best tool you could ask for.
I have few changes and tweaks suggested by my players that I’m going to make this week – time permitting. But if any of you have any recommendations or suggestions, I want to hear them. I’m going to keep my mentor subscription for another month so I can do edits, but after that I’m going to consider the sheet locked down for play purposes. It’s pretty robust as it is. So please, go check it out!

September 16, 2014 at 6:40 pm #264877AnonymousInactiveYou got it, jscifert. Hope you and others like it and get some use out of it. It was a long process and the learning curve was a real pain at times. There are still tweaks and improvements to be made, too, though its quite functional. Almost everything else it needs are bells and whistles.
For the next update, the skill section has been redone, so everything lines up nicely and the skill categories have been added. Also, at one of my player’s recommendations, I’ve added an Advancement Tracker to the Survivor Points section. It won’t total up all of your SP costs (limitation of the format), but it will let you record what you improved, when you improved it, and how many SP it cost you (in most cases).

November 16, 2014 at 2:41 pm #265240AnonymousInactiveProgress update! The WH2 character sheet has been widely available for a couple of months now. In the meantime, I’ve been making small refinements based on our play experience. I would have pushed out an update already but I find github to be pretty obtuse. I’m hoping to send it out this week, though. After that, I’m going to start testing a new macro formula that will incorporate the Rule of 10. Assuming that works, I imagine the final version of the sheet should be available by year’s end (assuming Rites and Relics doesn’t have me adding more things).
So has anyone actually checked the sheet out or played with it? I’d really appreciate feedback on it and any suggestions to make it better. I think this next update will take care of some oversights, but I’m only working from my play experience.
After that, I need to go back to finishing the wiki entry for the game and how we play the game over Roll20. I hope that will be helpful for enabling online ay for the rest of the community.

February 26, 2015 at 8:40 pm #266109AnonymousInactiveJust got word this afternoon that the update to the character sheet I submitted yesterday has been accepted.
The original version went up almost 6 months ago. Since then, we’ve made plenty of small changes and refinements in my home game. Now that the sheet is update, you have in your hands about the most comprehensive tool I can give you for playing Witch Hunter online.
Roll20 is planning a big update soon, and I expect I’ll be making some more updates once that rolls out. I even have plans for a slimmed down version before summer gets here, assuming I can scratch out the time. In the meantime, go give it a whirl!
March 1, 2015 at 3:20 am #266157AnonymousInactiveYour hard work is appreciated.
