Better Holy Symbols?

    Hello everyone, I don’t post much, but I have a question that I need answered for my group.

    We have just gone through Year 1 Hardpoint 10 – Desecration, and in that adventure one of the pieces of loot is a Fine Quality Silver Holy Symbol of Neroth and Beltine.

    I have been looking through all of the books, and maybe I am blind, but I cannot see anything that tells me what Fine Quality, and Silver, do in order to make the holy symbol more useful to the player than a regular holy symbol.

    One of my players is a dual-worshiper of Neroth and Beltine, so I would like to know what benefits this Holy symbol will confer to them.

    Hello,

    There really sin’t any game mechanics advantage (AFAIK) to having a better quality Holy Symbol at the moment.

    I wrote that in there for two reasons:

    1 Just for adventure flavor

    2 – Planning ahead so that when we publish the Codex of Faiths book with its section on higher quality holy symbols, it won’t have to be retconned.
