If so, do you need help DMing?
January 8, 2015 at 5:22 pm #265634AnonymousInactiveWinter Fantasy says so, but I see no details as yet.

Both Witch Hunter and Arcanis is being offered this year.
January 8, 2015 at 8:53 pm #265636AnonymousInactiveI haven’t seen a call for GM’s. Is everything taken care of or do we need GMs? Nothing is on the Winter Fantasy site yet.
January 8, 2015 at 9:17 pm #265637drafitParticipantHello John,
I sent you an email earlier to your Gmail account.
January 8, 2015 at 10:00 pm #265638AnonymousInactiveSo what is being offered, and when?
January 11, 2015 at 5:08 pm #265653AnonymousInactiveI wanted to wait until their website was updated to post here. But the Arcanis offerings can be found here:

We will be offering Pride Goeth Before A Fall (premier), To Die Alone, In Plain Sight, and Purity, Fraternity, Justice. They are not listed on the grid, but if you scroll down the slots offered are in the descriptions. Additionally, the Open Library can be substituted in at a table’s request.
January 11, 2015 at 5:53 pm #265654drafitParticipantHello,
Additionally, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you’ll see that a Witch Hunter Open Library is also being offered. So if you’ve missed any of the adventures released thus far, here’s your chance to catch-up.
Special thanks to Matt Flinn and John Bellando for making this happen.
Have fun!
February 2, 2015 at 1:42 pm #265805AnonymousInactiveThree of us will be coming down from Michigan next weekend for Saturday of Winter Fantasy. Some of us have already played “Purity, Fraternity, and Justice” which is the only LA offered in slot 9 (Saturday afternoon), while the premier, “Pride Goeth before A Fall” is not offered at all on Saturday. Would it be possible to plan a table of the premier in slot 9 for those of us who are only in for Saturday?
How is the judging pool looking for Winter Fantasy? Have enough, not enough, plenty?
Thanks!
February 2, 2015 at 6:56 pm #265808AnonymousInactiveI’d be interested in playing in slot 9 if there’s a Pride game that slot.

“Pride Goeth” is scheduled for Slot 10, which is the 3rd slot on Saturday. As for judging, it is me. Last year, with 1 or 2 exceptions, we only had 1 table/slot.

Woops! Your right, the mod that doesn’t run on Saturday is “To Die Alone.” Is it possible to get that in slot 9 to replace “Purity, Fraternity, and Justice.”

I am fine with substituting anything in the library at a table’s request, but the slotted mod has to take priority. i.e. if there are slotted players who are there for PFJ, that is what will run. However, if all agree to substitute, we can.

Thanks! It’s understandable and only fair for the planned modules to have priority, but I’ve very rarely seen that be a problem. Though that may depend on attendance and number of judges. I was more concerned about making sure there is a judge on Saturday who is prepped and there is a module available for a table that wasn’t scheduled that day. (and if there are enough judges to run a variant like this. If there is only one judge that makes it… difficult.)
February 10, 2015 at 12:52 am #265898AnonymousInactiveI want to give a big shout out to the people running, and running at Winter Fantasy this year. I had John Bellando, Matt Flinn, and Ed Kabara (no promises on those spellings though) as judges and they did a great job. The worked hard to make sure everyone could play the most they could, and I was greatly impressed. I know I and those I went with had a wonderful time at the con. It was nice playing with a changing group of people and meeting a number of other regular players of Arcanis from outside of my region. I really look forward to more conventions like it in the future.
Thank You all.
