    Hi all,

    Going back to old-school methods for signups this year.

    Schedule
    PCI events are running in all slots between Wednesday afternoon and Saturday evening (inclusive). The following list summarizes what is running (and when). M, A and E are used to specify Morning, Afternoon or Evening. The number that follows is the number of tables scheduled (and remaining to have volunteers).

    WHR2-1: Thursday M1; Friday A1
    WHR2-2: Thursday A1; Friday E1
    WHR2-3: Friday M1; Saturday M1
    WHR Open: Saturday A1, E1

    LA A2HP9: Friday M1, A1
    LA LARP: Friday E10
    LA BI: Saturday AE5

    Volunteering
    To signup as a volunteer, send me an email (macabail@gmail.com) with the following details:
    – Subject: Origins 2015 Volunteer
    – Your name
    – Which events and slots you are wanting to sign up for

    I will be processing these emails once a week, so don’t expect an immediate reply. They are going to be processed in the order they are received. Where slots fill up, I’ll let you know so you can make alternate choices.

    Volunteers are not needed at this time for the WitchHunter LARP. Volunteers for the LA LARP are accepted in consultation with Henry and Tony.

    Rewards
    As with previous years, the rewards are:
    4 Slots: Free Badge
    8 Slots: Free Badge + One of:
    – 1/4 hotel room
    – Vouchers
    – Second Free Badge

    Event registration opens around April 15, 2015.

    I do have the code in-hand for volunteer badges, so if you plan to play (and volunteer enough to get a badge), I recommend getting your requests in to me by this weekend to ensure you get the code prior to registration opening.

    First round of signups have been processed.

    There’s an additional judge reward being worked on that will be made available to people running 8+ slots. Hoping to get some details out in the next day.

    The special judging reward that is being offered to people who run 8 or more slots of PCI events at Origins is seat at a special, single run adventure to be run on Sunday morning. The adventure in question is The Lamentation of Lu’Shek; the adventure which details the fall of Freeport.

    Space is limited at this event, and seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for those people who have committed and received confirmation of their judge / volunteer sign ups. The table has space for at most 7 people, so volunteer early to confirm your space.

    Before anyone asks, the tiering of the adventure is suitable for whatever mixture of players end up at the table.
