I’d be up for this. I can’t start earlier than 4:30pm EST and would need to be finished by 11pm EST. So my availability rests somewhere within that window. Its a work night afterall \":)\"

I am interested in playing with my Crusade character, please. I cannot start before 6pm Eastern time (3pm Pacific) but can go as late as 1am Eastern (11pm Pacific). Sestius Ovidius val’Mehan is a Sorcerer-Priest.

Chad, it will be fun if our two Sestius Ovidiuses can meet in-character! My understanding is that in ancient Rome, it was common to go by two names, either first two or last two. With the two of us together, we can confuse everyone or go by last two names! (Admittedly, Coryani naming is a little different than Roman but modeled on it.) I also have a nickname, but we can be a Sestius Ovidius tag-team!

I’m interested in this, of it can be 7:30 to 8ish start time EST. I’ll be running a 1.1 character with one module under his belt.

Keep in mind, players, that since this is a Crusade module, you can’t play it with any characters who have the 1.5-bump cert. You could, though, create a similar but new 1.1 character with which to play this adventure, or you could create an entirely new and different 1.1 character.

Since my Sestius has the 1.5 cert, this would be a new character. That would be quite funny however \":)\"

It would be fun to create a character to play through these from the beginning but, unfortunately, Thursdays don’t work for me most of the time. I’ll keep my eye out and jump in on the occasions when I can (and I have a character that would work).

Would that be Ok with everyone? I can start at anytime. If we start at 730 est. We would have 3.5 hours to run the mod. I have put stats in everything is set up on my end.

Sestius Ovidius val’Mehan has a spare Sarishan steel gladius (good quality) that he can loan to someone in the party. Anyone specialized in such a weapon gets first dibs. Otherwise, we can figure out who can make the best use of it.

As a Sorcerer-Priest of Sarish, Ovidius val’Mehan can not only Rebuke Infernals but also cast a Ward against the Unnatural. Of course, killing unbound Infernals is preferable to merely keeping them at bay. If it could be useful, I’d like to try the tactic of trapping an Infernal inside a Ward against the Unnatural and then (unless there’s any benefit to interrogating it) everyone attacks it at once.

“Vale! I’m Sestius Ovidius val’Mehan, but you can call me Comma.”

Sestius Ovidius val’Mehan is a short (a little under 5′), very friendly val. He introduces himself to everyone and shakes hands. Comma is a short (4’10”), barrel-chested, scrawny val with short black hair, silvery eyes, and a big personality. Comma dresses in nice clothes: a fancy tunic over a fine leather cuirass with an armillus and white gloves or gauntlets. For weaponry, comma has a fine gladius (Sarishan steel), an exceptional pugio (fervidite), a fine pugio (steel), and an adorned flintlock pistol; also at his belt but more subtle is a wand. Ovidius val’Mehan also has a holy symbol of Sarish, and a subtle pattern of purple can be seen in his clothing and signet ring.

His tutor, Khamat, is a polite, quiet middle-aged Myrantian man. Two light horses and a mule are available to carry the men and their equipment.
