Now that Bestiary II is nearing completion, one request.

If there is room, could you include stat blocks for the three tiers of Slave available (I, II, IV) as equipment from the core book?

    Hello Brendan,

Not sure if the Bestiary is the right place for that, but it’s certainly something that is needed.

Let me see if I can get the rules guys (Cody and Matt) on it and have a downloadable PDF available with that information.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention!

    Thanks Henry,

I drafted some stat blocks in the Rules thread a few weeks ago.

    Question about the Grey Crones:

Their claw attacks are said to bypass all AR. That suggests some sort of incorporeal attack. Would armor with the Blessed Rune of Beltine provide any protection?

PS Posting this per Cody Bergman’s recommendation.

It does not. The Crones are masters of the soul and servants of Beltine. Unlike most shades, etc…they do not need to have incorporeal attacks to “reach into you”….to them, touching your arm is the same as touching your souls. It would take something more than a magical trinket to deny their power. (Yes, they are meant to be terrifying).

Thanks for clarifying Matt. Now to find the “big stick” to beat them with. Hey if we could find a way to beat a Valinor they have an Achilles heel somewhere. Hmm sounds like adventure material to me. \";)\"

    Hello everyone,

An updated copy of the Arcanis Bestiary vol. II PDF was just sent out to all backers.

For those who were not part of the Kick Starter, the PDF will be on sale in a couple of weeks or so on RPGNow.com

    Thank you!
