    Hi all

    I have a question about Drake Plate armor.

    To use this with proficiency, do you need to take Heavy Armor Proficiency (Drake Plate) or suffer the penalties? No nation has Drake Plate as a national armor.

    Unless it is granted to you by your nation, you have to have it listed as one of the Heavy Armours you are proficient in as part of Heavy Armor Proficiency (ta).
