    Thanks!
I’m still new the new Living Arcanis. Still trying to track down all the current documents.
I have many old time Arcanis people interested in playing.

    Actually, I still need clarification.
I just looked at the Guide posted February 12, 2017.

Forged in Magic: Reforged: All items and equipment is legal for use in the campaign. Mundane equipment and alchemical equipment is available for purchase at the listed cost. Large cities and settlements will have runesmiths available, as noted in the adventure information, and you can purchase their services to add runes to your arms and armor. If you are given the opportunity to acquire magic items, this book is a legal source for such items.

It only deals with equipment. It does not give express permission for Ehtzara. Is there another more recent guide?

That is an oversight in the campaign document that will be corrected soon. Yes, Ehtzara are legal for play in Living Arcanis.
