    Hi all
Just wanted to provide an update on Living Rotted Capes so that people know what we plan to do and ensure people it was not an April 1st fool. (Did not realise the date when I posted \"8-)\" )

A mentioned previously we are looking to première the first issue at origins this year. To get this done, there will be a number of things I need to get complete in the background.

    1. Write the Issue.
    2. Campaign Guide
    3. Issue template.

The main thing that will concern the player base is the Campaign Guide and I hope to have that completed by the beginning of June so people will have a couple of weeks to create characters.

What about future issues I hear you say. I am glad you asked.

I intend to structure Issues a little differently
Each year I hope to release 11 issues. These are broken up into the following:

Bi-Monthly Issues – six of these will be released each year (Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, etc.), and are the equivalent to the Legend of Arcanis softpoints. These issues will be stand-alone adventures of short adventure arcs. These adventures will be released on the 1st of the first Month for convention play and 1st of the second month for home play.

Quarterly – four of these will be released each year (Winter, Spring Fall/Autumn, Summer)), and are the equivalent to the Legend of Arcanis hardpoints. These issues will be inter-related and form the core plot for the year. Like the Bi-Monthly, the issues will be released on the 1st of the month for convention play and homeplay will be available the following month.

Annual – The annual will be a triple sized adventure released mid November. It is not intended for convention play but for home play. I have scheduled it so that it will be available for a Thanksgiving or Christmas gaming session

In keeping with the comic book feel, I am trying to use hard release dates. This may be a challenge but we will see.

Also there may be Specials. These are adventures released that do not fall in the standard release schedule. They include things like BIs Adaptions of published modules for campaign play, and Issues created for a specific conventions.

One thing to note. I plan is to make sure that any adventure created will be made available to all players. If a Convention runs a special Issue, then a month or so later a homeplay version will be available.

I will also be needing a pool or authors. If you are interested in writing an Issue then please let me know via here or PCITaffy (at) gmail.com and we can discuss.

You totally need to find a way to have a “cross-over” event.

maybe a classic style adventure (pre-gens) mixed with a Living RC adventure? (half and half?)

    just an idea

Can’t wait to see this take off!!!!

I’d like to see this be successful, but can’t commit to being able to do whole adventures. If you need to outsource some of the grunt work I’ll be happy to help as much as I can. I’m typically good with mechanics so the crunchy stuff is where I think I can really help.
