So im asking just to make sure I get this right Spinning strikes replaces the standard speed cost from TWF so Spinning strikes with a speed 3 weapon is Speed 4, Recovery 2, with a second strike after the first one one tick later for a total speed of 5(2) right? |

As long as the speed used is of the slower weapon (since it's a TWF attack). So if you had a Speed 3 and Speed 4 weapon, you'd use the slower speed 4+1 (2) (Add another +1 if you're computing the Speed on the first attack). It's basically a Slower Weapon +1 (Recovery: 2) instead of Slower Weapon +2 (Recovery: 0) John |
