is my understanding correct that every table had the chance to acquire the legendary items then....ie there was a chance for 30 "cursed" legendary items floating around out there. or was there a table limit as to what was found in the vault in which they were found in?

Not every item was available to every table, but I think there may be 2-3 of each item out there.

My understanding was that only 2 cursed items were present per table out of the six or so optitions. At least that's how many were unleashed on my table.

No, that is not correct.

This was a special/exclusive event for ArcaniCon. We (as in PCI) is reviewing for possible print publication, but it will probably not be "LA playable".

I do not understand why Tyrfang is not legendary. If it carries such a curse, you would think it would at least be a better weapon than I already have. Granted it has a legendary rune on it, but that cannot be used until tier 5 so that makes it the equivalent of three fine runes. My own sword is exceptional with three fine runes on it and those ruins are a bit more useful for me.

A curse is intended to be a negative, but 12 ticks of pacifist is a negative. Does the blade need to also be a disadvantage all of the time?

Of course, I recognize that if I was a 1.5 tier character, this blade would be very powerful, but at 2.4, with the resources I have put into my own blade, it is not very impressive. Perhaps consideration should be given in the future for either some natural scaling function or perhaps a low tier and high tier version.
