The Destroyed is always referee to as a "He" so I assume it's not a a force or coalition as Matt suggests. But he's got friends!!! Out of the West 1000 feet.
For the record I think Cal and his legion survived being banished to DZV and have conquered a bunch of "metal" hive like cities. He's swept into the West seizing\recruiting the Godless and some of the city states of the Ossarion Empire and is circling back to take the First City and the Throne of Man...in part by sacrifices ng the "most innocent" and ending the "Endless Choir." Look out for val'Assante spys\scouts with Chauni guides...like Marcus Lepidus & Chinuwat. His seizure of the ToM may precipitate the release of the Other whom the elorii call Umor.
