Right. So...one slot of Friday then? And we all go home minus our character? :cry:

(actually Henry has said that one of the problems of doing anything with the Citadel of Nier, now the Citadel of Silence, is that you need so much more than 4 hours to do justice/anything meaningful with the weirdness and dangers that exist within. The Arcaniscon format, with effectively 5 slots to dedicate to it, might be the right venue to do it someday).

Is the Citadel still a total "no one returns" site? It was turned into one large smoking crater by the release of the wrath of hurrian after all.

In the old campaign we went to a small Arcanis con in Atlanta. Derrel Weaver ran us through what I understand was a non-canon possibly unauthorized mod where we sort of dream walked through what the "suicide mission" went through. My memories of that are somewhat vague but I recall some seriously weird and dangerous stuff went on. Unless you REALLY have a death wish avoid the Citadel of Nier at all costs. That said I'm sure Henry could make it even worse and better in his special way.

And I would agree it needs more than the four hour treatment. I'll be honest a BI set there could be epic!

I would still like to hear from someone official what the main event/theme for ArcaniCon 2016 is. I would think at this point some ideas have been worked on. While the Auxunite fortress idea is cool I would be open to some other locations. There's some funky things in the Hinterlands that might be fun to check out. Maybe something down south in Altheria or the Western Lands. As long as we have the mix of social interactions and combat that I experienced last year I'll likely be happy.

We are 7 weeks out from Arcanicon. Any ideas from the powers that be as to what's going on at the con? I realize things change but would still like to hear what's being planned. Thanks!
