US cons in 2015?

Post subject:  US cons in 2015?
Hi all

My wife and I are thinking about bringing the kids over to a holiday to the US in 2015 and she is receptive to the idea that I can also join it up with a convention if the timing works :)

The plans are still rough but what I am looking at is sometime in 2015 but not around June (so no Origins ). We are thinking of doing the Disney Cruise out of Florida, but I am not limited to that area if something was elsewhere.

I know we have Gencon in August

I was just wondering what other cons happen so I can see if something fits. Also if there was one Convention that people should go too what/when/where is it.

I am looking at mainly Arcanis but a bit of witch hunter would also be good

As I said, just trying to get plans together so we know what to aim for.

The biggest gaming cons are Origins and GenCon.

The biggest Arcanis cons are ArcaniCon and Origins (GenCon usually has a few slots run by individual GMs).

DragonCon is the largest con that includes significant gaming and significant amounts of other stuff (though it is huge and often pretty much impossible to get a hotel for).

There are lots of smaller regional cons. A few have become fairly big for certain games (ex Con On The Cob is big for Savage Worlds and a fantasy RPG I forget the name of right now).
