I'm going to noodle this tonight and type up a small essay on scenes.. then we will have a better handle on spell casting... I'm temped to say that there are no "in-between scenes" that any time "in-between" is in fact part of the last scene |

I had thought of the passive casting stat for being used during non-combat events before... like i said, let me give this some thought |
