Hello Devin,

Despite Cody's assertions, its not that simple. With only 40% of the survey's in, I have no ay of knowing who bought what certs for whom. I don't want to get into a situation where its perceived that some sort of favoritism (like allowing you to play one as you're a Harvester), etc.

Just more trouble than it's worth.

On the plus side, the current adventure I'm writing has something special in store for any Tultipetan dwarves that might play in it.

Like I wouldn't play my elorii at the delve.

Also, I was only taking about releasing the Tultipet Cert for the time being, just for ArcaniCon.

I completely understand and figured that was the answer. I just have this epic picture of a table with 5 dwarves and an gnome coming up from the tunnels. Battered and bloodied, and the Tultipetan Dwarf pulls the tear out of his back back and raises it high for all to see. The idea of the Tultipetans on this holy quest just sounds cool is all.

Hello!

While I can understand your concern on favoritism, it is a very reasonable thing to state that you are only sending out finished products (characters, items, etc.) once someone has completed their survey and only if the actual reward has been completed by PCI. If you don't fill your survey out right away, you don't get your reward right away. In no way would I construe this as favoritism. :)

If you hold off and wait for everyone to have turned the survey in, you are likely going to be waiting a very, very, very long time. There are always some slackers in the group!

Toni,

I agree that you can't wait for everyone (and I probably won't) but we're sitting at around 40% - that's just too low.

Besides the fact that the certs are laid out with art, not just a piece of scribbled upon paper. While I have the art for the Tultipeans, I don't have the val'Vasik, yet. So I can't , in good conscious, send out one and not all. Besides, by doing so, I'll miss someone later on and the mess will have begun.

So sorry everyone - I understand everyone wants instant gratification, but you'll just have to be a little patience, so I can do this correctly.

Is this where I throw a temper tantrum? :D I'm kidding! I'm so funny. Or something.

Like I said, I can completely understand your reasons for waiting - they are all perfectly valid. I just had this flash in my mind of you waiting for every single person and it would be 3 years before we saw them. I started to twitch.

Also, yes, I'm impatient but that's because I'm excited (ok, and always impatient). Of course, I'm always excited about Arcanis because I'm just that kind of dork.

Plus, a few questions may need answers in the forums or on the certs first: favored weapon of the Tultipetans, backgrounds available to the val'Vasik (using the Unsealed Lands as a starting point, or as someone else mentioned in another thread, do you use the region you settle in?--presumably Exile/Expatriate would allow them to use the UL as an option even if the UL is not generally available). Hrm... do val'Vasik even start our with High Coryani as most Vals? I think back to the Child of the First Imperium cert in the LA campaign--you spoke Ancient Imperial (Ancient Altharin). Sorry, mind wandering... like I said, questions :)

Just out of curiosity, can anyone estimate when we'll be seeing some of the 'low hanging fruit' of the Kickstarter rewards? I'm thinking things like d20 pdf bundles, 'useful item' certs, etc. I realize that staff are working on some of the big ticket items at the moment, but some of the fulfillment should be relatively easy.

For those people who got special characters, is there a chance that those will be going out before Origins?

Arcanicon was killing the convention staff's time...

we should see some movement in the smaller rewards...

Hello everyone,

Those of you that selected either the Arcanis RPG PDF collection or the Arcanis D20 PDF collection should have an email from HIGHTAIL with a link to download the ZIP file.

Please download this ZIP as soon as possible as it will expire on 4/21.

If you don't see the email, please check your SPAM folder. If you still don't see it, let me know by emailing me at PCIHenry@gmail.com

Working on the Special characters so I can get those out to those who pledged at that level as quickly as I can.

Thank you again for your support!
