I was looking at Page 37 for rules on actions, and when talking about the different categories of actions, it specifically states “Demanding Actions are interruptible”. It seems to me like the rest of the rulebook acts like this isn’t the case, with powers specifically stating whether they are interruptible or not (even the example combat on page 99 doesn’t act like this is the case, with the Devastating attack [A demanding action] happening immediately).

I would assume that not all demanding actions are interruptible, just those involving non-combat based skills, but i am looking for clarification on this.

Practically speaking I can tell you this rule is generally only applied to spells with a casting time of 7+, in any games I’ve ever played. I suspect that you are right, it probably is meant to apply to all Demanding actions. This would be a good question to get an official response on.

The text on page 37 should say “many Demanding Actions are interruptible” with Demanding non-combat skill checks always being interruptible

This seems like a very good item to add to the overdue next release of the FAQ/Errata as well as include in a potential revised edition of the rules.
