    Can Biotechnological Implants be purchased? Or does a player need the proper skills and proficiencies + gold needed to preform the implantation?

    Could they? I suppose that’s possible, but without someone skilled to perform the surgery, they’ll be good as paper weights and that’s about it.

    Unfortunately, no. Still, I really enjoy the book, and expect the LA Legal parts of the book to be fun to use.

    I hope you and others enjoy it. We made sure to include things that Black Talon and Ghost Scale players can use, as well as giving them as many roleplaying hooks as possible.

    I’m sure Ymandragore would potentially be interested….

    ALL you would need to do is (a) get some bio tech stuff, (b) travel to the Isle of Tears, (c) be very persuasive and (d) swear your undying loyalty to the SK.

    I was just planning to do it myself, with no prior practice beforehand. That’s how they figured out medicine in the first place.
