Can Biotechnological Implants be purchased? Or does a player need the proper skills and proficiencies + gold needed to preform the implantation?

Next question: Could Biotechnological Implants be given out as Item Certificates?

Unfortunately, no. Still, I really enjoy the book, and expect the LA Legal parts of the book to be fun to use.March 4, 2020 at 7:00 pm #277701drafitParticipantI hope you and others enjoy it. We made sure to include things that Black Talon and Ghost Scale players can use, as well as giving them as many roleplaying hooks as possible.
Thank you for your interest and support!

ALL you would need to do is (a) get some bio tech stuff, (b) travel to the Isle of Tears, (c) be very persuasive and (d) swear your undying loyalty to the SK.
