Can Sarishan Sorcerer-Priests cast the Universal Divine Spell Blessings of the Faithful? My understanding is they now count as both Divine and Arcane, but with the wording of the spell we were unsure.

I would say yes, assuming that they gain all Universal Spells at Character Creation.
