    The description says that carrying the folded collapsible boat carries with it a +10 Bulk. I don’t think a horse can carry something with that much bulk. Shouldn’t it be encumberance? Thus a travelers’ kit inside a collapsible boat in the form of a backpack should be 18.5 encumberance. That’s seams far closer to the description in the writeup.
