    I’m a bit confused about the burst psionic power. There’s a 9th level expression but manifesting level peaks at 5th.

    I though you get access to the expressions based on your manifesting level… but is it based on your psion level?

    Or is it a typo?

    It’s going to be errata’d to a 5th-level expression, per this thread:
