Are these two source books and their detailed features legal for use in the living campaign? The campaign guide doesn’t explicitly say so like it does for the blessed lands and sorcerous pacts books so just wanted to make sure.
Edit: I see in the most recent campaign guide children of the sky is listed but not Knightly order of the Phoenix so this question just pertains to that.

A new version of the Campaign rules will be going up soon and it explicitly states that both products are campaign legal.
• Knightly Order of the Phoenix [5E]: Everything in this book is legal for use in the campaign.
• Legio Lex Talionis [5E]: Everything in this book is legal for use in the campaign.
