    Greetings,

Hopefully this is ok to post. Hero Forge (http://www.heroforge.com) now has lorica segmentata along with gladii for anyone potentially looking for a custom legionnaire before Origins. No helmets unfortunately, but still worth mentioning I thought. I ordered mine a day or 2 ago and they won’t ship until late April, so if you’re interested you may want to order them soon.

    With a sweep of his…

Hero forge is awesome (!) if a little spendy. Fat bard with a violin and fiddler’s bow (with empty bottles at his feet?) Check. Cowboy Minotaur wizard? Check. Female samurai cavalry? Check! …. super duper flexible with more options than you can eat with a stick.

The Lorica does look really good. I recommend a Greek helm for legionnaire headgear. …Or a Sombrero for *that guy* who was always the prankster in the unit.

I went with a hood and a nice cloak. Actually I bought two of them, one will be all black as Vincens’ shadow twin. I’m hoping to have time to paint them before Origins.

That’s pretty funny because I also just ordered a mini from them. I have some hopes the 5E campaign might take off in Portland. So I sorta rebuilt “Kel” a back up (back up) character (kelekene caster) from my 3E days.

And I hope to get it painted before Origins too…great minds think alike?

I ordered a high detail legionnaire with scutum and pistol and it turned out great. Also don’t forget the ability to add spell effects for battle mages.
