2. Could it be adapted, for example could one hold Hand Axes or other small Thrown Weapons? I would assume so, though probably more like 4.
My home ruling would be no, it doesn’t come with the daggers and Yes you could buy one that was specifically made for another weapon. But that would only be for a home game. As far as the LA game goes, I would expect that the first answer is still valid, but that the belt can only hold daggers or throwing blades.

2) Not in the Legends campaign.. but in a home campaign for sure, and yes I would limit it to 4 such items.
