Can we get a clarification re: using up an elemental source like a torch or a waterskin to cast a spell (either it is used up or not)?
Also, can a rune be a source? If so, and it is used up, can the rune be reactivated afterwards that scene?
since the FAQ is now in internal review at PCI , this might not be the best place for this question
