If a val’Holryn were to make an EoVH out of another val’Holryn and consume it, would he temporarily manifest different Bloodline Powers or increase his Bloodrank by two?

Or maybe in the alternative. There is no such thing as a “al’Holryn EotVH.” Maybe they only get made with a slate of powers…
Interesting question.
FYI any Val (Holryn or otherwise) who has even a mild pretense towards honor should flat out refuse to use an Elixir of the Valinor’s Heart. My opinion.

The item in 5eFiM is that the bloodline powers match that of the val that was used to make it, not the val FAMILY. For most vals, this means the same thing, but not for the val’Holryn. In this case, it would match the specific val that was used to make this potion, and could not give different powers besides the one that specific individual could use.
Now, when it comes to the “val of the same bloodline” parts of the ability, for simplicity treat a val’Holryn manifesting val’Virdan powers as a val’Virdan for the sake of this potion, and visa versa.
