Hi there
Just a quick rules question.
Does the Exile background count as Nationality access for a path requirement?
My character is originally from Censure but was Exiled to Altheria as a boy (Expiate / Exile background) and wants to become a Triggermage. But you need to be Altherian or Shining patrol background to do so.
I suspect the answer is no but wanted to confirm.
Cheers

If you truly want to be a Triggermage, you could be Altherian and just ‘flavor’ yourself as an Exile from Censure, taking some skills/talents that would enhance that story mechanically. Particularly if you fought in the Shining Patrol (background), you may have ‘earned’ Altherian citizenship.
