So I just got through skimming my copy of Sorcerous Pacts. Interesting Reading. I’m not sure how cost effective the Tier 2 Pacts are but some of the Tier 3 & 5 abilities seem interesting.
But my biggest question is about Archmage Telas/Telos (the spelling changes in places). Is this the same Archmage Telas PCs met in the old campaign (who sent them to retrieve Lobsang’s anti-psionic sphere/bomb). If so how does that square with the report on page 22

Are these different dudes? Has continuity been changed? Or has Telas served the 1001 years (which from the Arcanis point of view should have past faster while Telas was on an elemental plane)? If so has he returned?
