    For Amalgamated runes that include a rune with a requirement such as with the Blessed rune, does the requirement apply to both parts of the Amalgamated rune or just the part that has the requirement?

    If you’re asking in general, I’d guess “Yes you need to meet the requirements”. If you’re asking based on the Delve at ArcaniCon, there was talk that those weapons would bypass that requirement since they were special.

    Relic pages will trump base rules unless the page is considered an error. Thinking about the delve weapons is what brought up the question in the first place though, yes.

    yes under normal circumstances you must meet the requirements for both runes
