Hi all
Just wanted to give you a quick update on the status of the campaign documents
Campaign Guide Document – Still working on it. About 90% finished. Plan is to have draft completed and my internal proof read done this week so I can send to my internal review team next week and publish for comments the week after. Deadline for final publish document v1 is June 1st
Lab Rats (module – Summer Quarterly). I have completed the draft. Doing my internal edit and then will need to run my playtest. Again I want to get the completed module to Pedro by 1st June for Origin prep.
Thanks for your patients. We are working with tight timel;ines to make Origins but I think we will do it.

Still working on the Campaign document but thought I would share the draft character creation section.
Be aware this may change before the final version
Creating a Hero
The LIVING ROTTED CAPES campaign uses the hero creation rules detailed in the ROTTED CAPES: ROLEPLAYING GAME book(s) with the following addendum.
• Heroes are built as Delta level characters using 150 Exp
• Heroes can gain a maximum bonus of 10 Exp (for a total of 160 Exp) via disadvantages.
• Maximum Potential optional rule is in use (pg 17)
• Heroes can gain a maximum of +6 ranks using power Modifications
• Only power tricks listed in the Rotted Capes rule book can be used.
• If Exceptional Scavenger advantage is taken, the hero gains two additional Acquisition Points instead of 2 pieces of equipment
• You can create a 75 Exp Supporting Character that is known and important to your hero. You need to be able to give the Editor in Chief a copy of this character so they can use them to customize the Issue is appropriate. Ensure the relationship is well documented for the Editor in Chief.
• Item creation rules (pg 41) will not initially be used in the LIVING ROTTED CAPES campaign.June 7, 2017 at 3:03 am #275513AnonymousInactiveHi all

I will fill the September / October with a new Issue that I have in planning for next year that I will bring forward.
The issue is Back to School and I will put the details up later this week.
But this will mean that I will most likely be unable to publish an Annual for 2017. With the new baby and an extra Issue, its just too much.
Sorry about this.
