    Lastly, the Gladius of Light deals full damage against incorporeal creatures.

    Should be:
    Lastly, the Gladius of Light deals full damage against incorporeal creatures of the above types.

    Unless it is supposed to affect any target that somehow gains Incorporeal status.

    Ghost Step (sp) is already covered by the text (watch out val’Ishi! My Gladius of Light can chop you while you have Shade qualities).
