It seems like the stat blocks in HP1-06 have lots of issues. Has anyone done errata or cleaned them up?
Things I noticed:
- Appendix 1 Templars should have d8 (not d10) attribute dice.[/*:m]
- Appendix 1 Templars crossbows should do 2d8 (not d4) damage.[/*:m]
- Appendix 2 Emerald Flame has “Adaptation: Elemental Infusion” but I couldn’t find it anywhere.[/*:m]
- Appendix 2 Thralls have Counterspell but don’t have Arcanum.[/*:m]
- Appendix 2 Emeral Flame Fire AR seems off (Fire Born gives a bump but I don’t see how it could be AR 16 vs Fire).[/*:m]
December 22, 2014 at 6:19 am #265490frootsnaxParticipantOn points 1 & 2, those look like errors to me and ought to be corrected. The templar die is no big deal but the crossbows should do normal damage.
The biological constructs are anti magical in nature and the counter spell talent should work as if they were trained in the arcanum (my opinion). Usually I don’t counterspell, I paralyze/stun so its never come up for me in game. usually counterspelling sucks until you get the Tier 5 version.
Emerald Flame guy has stolen power from one of the Pillars of Nier (they control the one located on Ymandragore) so I believe the AR 16 vs fire is accurate. Don’t waste your time trying to burn him.

The Harvester has Adaptation: Elemental Influx (Fire Only) so it makes sense it would have the prerequisite talent as well.
