Bestial Intellect
Requirements: None
Effect: A creature with this Flaw suffers a -2 penalty to their Discipline, rolls a d4 for all Logic and Charisma Attribute and Action Skill Rolls, and may only use and possess Combat or Physical Skills.Perception is not a combat or Physical skill.
almost all natural creatures have Perception as a trained skill, do they not get to use it?
