    Hey all,

    There’s a good chance I’ll be going out to Texicon when it comes along later this month, probably just for a day. I’m thinking I’ll bring along some of my gear and maybe try to knock out a demo of WH while I’m there. Is there one that’s already available? Otherwise, I’ll whip one up myself.

    Good morning, Tom.

    For demos we usually use one of the existing WH: Revelations adventures.

    However, if you mean you’re looking for something that takes under an hour – I don’t believe we have anything like that available.

    Please let me know if there’s anything we can provide to assist you at the convention and thanks for taking the time in showing WH to others.

    Yeah, I was hoping for something that could be run in an hour or two to show off the system. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a con, but as the kids are getting older I’m feeling emboldened. But without a registered event, in only expecting I might sneak in a small event here or there to show off the game.

    So, in the immortal words of Barney Stinson, “Challenge accepted.”

    I’ll give some thought to promotional materials and send a PM.

    In the meantime, anyone else interested helping out with creating a demo or two for the game?

    just played this at gen con 15 and had a great time. took some time to find it in the vender hall and purchased it, had to stalk the guys running the living campaign to find out what booth it was at \":D\" . I downloaded the pre gens and was wanting to know if there was a sample 2 to 4 hour scenario available as I wanted to run it for my regular group to demo and possibly start playing for our bi weekly game. if anyone has something like this or can point me into the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Heath! I have a pair of demos in the works that might fit the bill. Simple (maybe even too simple) and too the point (if you’re ok with the point being getting a taste of how the system works). I’m currently awaiting feedback on the first and hope to get started on the second soon.

    But! My recommendation to you would be to sign up on the Witch Hunter Revelations site and download one or two of the scenarios available. They are designed to be played as a 4-hour con event and will certainly give you a good jumping off point.
