I vaguely remember a discussion on this from a couple years ago at origins but have not found any printed ruling so I am going to ask.
When you get a cert that says +1 weapon (pick the weapon) can a caster pick a +1 focus..ie arcane +1 wand, divine +1 holy symbol for casting.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think focuses can have a +x enchantment in 5e. Pedro?
An Item called Wand of the Warmage exists, which allows the caster to add a bonus to their Spell Attack Rolls, and ignore Half Cover.
No one official, but I think “weapons” and “foci” are different items…so I would say no.
