    All,

    I’m trying to get some stuff in before Origins. This mod isn’t released yet, but I’m hoping will be before the 20th. If not, we’ll look for something else to replace it. Start time is 8 PM EST. Please log in at 7:45 to resolve any technical issues so we can start at 8.

    Thomas, FGJustice – I’ve added both of you. I believe we should be fine based on everything I’ve heard. If something changes I’ll certainly let you know.

    We use Roll20 and Google Hangouts for the mods. You’ll both need to make sure as we get closer that Cody (Nierite) has email addresses for you so he can send you the invite.

    If you’d rather you can just PM me and I’ll make sure he gets them.

    We’ll want to try and hold it to midnight EST for a finish time as we’ve got early mornings tomorrow.
    I presume the start and finish times (8pm to midnight) that Paul quoted are actually EDT (Daylight Time) not EST (Standard Time), right? It’s a one-hour shift, and with players scattered around various time zones we should be precise. I realize many people say ST year-round even when they mean DT, and I apologize if I’m being overly picky in asking, but some places don’t observe DT.

    Yes, it’s EDT. It took a bit of time to even figure out where it’s still EST. The list is:

    Nunavut – Southampton Island only (Coral Harbour)
    Cayman Islands
    Jamaica
    Panama
    (Source: http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/est)

    As such I doubt we have anyone impacted. I will try and remember to use EDT in the future, but no promises.

    Indiana used to (mostly) stay EST but, apparently, since 2006, the whole state now observes DST (but is still divided between ET and CT).
