I have encountered at least two excerpts that mentioned the Mettle skill, however, I do not see the skill listed as an available skill in the skills section. Does the Mettle skill exist in Rotted Capes, or was this an oops?

October 15, 2016 at 3:45 pm #273717AnonymousInactiveIf the Mettle skill was removed than how does the ability below and the other entries that reference work? Any updates on a FAQ or errata? I’d really like to play but the system seems to need some clarification and rules updates.
Trigger (Flaw +2)
Effect: Your power requires an emotional trigger for you to access it. You determine the emotion with your Editor-in-Chief; once set, you may only use the power whenever you feel this emotion or you successfully make a Routine (TN:15) Mettle (Re) Action Roll.October 16, 2016 at 6:55 pm #273725AnonymousInactiveIf the Mettle skill was removed than how does the ability below and the other entries that reference work? One that will cover the removal of the Mettle skill (among other things).

We have a guy who plays Shepard Clearwater. The guy is a mixture between the Punisher and a preacher. Well, he ended up taking several points in Theology (it might be academics – Theology or Knowledge- Theology. Whatever). So, whenever he needs to amp himself up to use his Triggered power, he starts spewing sermons and such. Then he does the roll using Theology instead of mettle.
So, for now, try to find a skill that you can replace Mettle with.
