    Hey all,

Going forward, we would like to institute something to make all our lives a little bit easier as far as keeping track of various module versions, so that we’re always working on the most current one, and can keep track of who has what, when they have it, and what stage things actually are at.

To that end, please adhere to the following: Each file associated with a module should be named the same: A(X)S(X) or A(X)H(X), followed by a couple of things, particularly a version number based on the following:

Base synopsis: 0.1 (2-3 sentence blurb)
Full outline: 0.2 (2-3 sentences per Encounter)
Incomplete draft: 0.3/0.4 (depending on how close to done it is)
Complete first draft: 0.5 (does not need to include stat blocks)
    Initial edit: 0.6
Complete second draft: 0.7 (this is the draft that gets used for playtests, requires statblocks)
    Post-playtest edits: 0.8
    Premiere Version: 0.9
    Release version: 1.0
    Additional future revisions: 1.1+

For the edits (0.6, 0.8), the file name will also include the last name of the editor who worked on it. If multiple editors worked on it, the names will appear in the order that they worked on it.

For example, if I wrote a soft point (A2S17 for the sake of the example) and submitted it, then Joe edited it, then Cody did an edit pass before sending it back to me as the author, the file name sent to me would be A2S17 – 0.6 – Cirillo- Bergman.

Authors should be working on documents 0.1-0.5, and 0.7. Editors should be working on 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 (to include post-premiere edits), and 1.1+ (as necessary).

Please let me know if you have any questions for this going forward.
