    Does the Infernal Heritage – Bestial Hide of the dark-kin apply with unarmoured defence of the fury? So, does a daerk-kin with a DEX and CON of 14 ends up with an AC of 16 when he has chosen Bestial Hide?

    Nope. Everything in 5e is “take highest” and doesn’t stack unless explicitly stated.
