No, it’s correct due to events in the campaign.

I take it this means that Sorcerous Pacts, Legio Lex Talonis, and Order of the Phoenix are available for Living Arcanis since they are on sale online. Is that correct, or do we need to wait for an updated campaign guide?
Are the character options from Disciples of Heresy available for Living Arcanis? It’s a KS exclusive, and the characters don’t seem like they’d fit in with the usual hero types, so I could see why they wouldn’t be. Henry’s already answered a question about the two adventures in the book here: http://forums.paradigmconcepts.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2811&p=26233&hilit=heresy#p26233.

Disciples of Heresy is unavailable for players unless the player has campaign documentation allowing it’s use.
I’ll look at updating the campaign guide today

No, it wasn’t. At the moment, none of the options in the Disciples of Heresy book is available to players of the Living Arcanis 5E Campaign, for obvious reasons.
I believe that Pete was leaving open the possibility for something in the future.
