    Aside: am I the only one having trouble downloading “The Gleam of Fires, The Throb of Drums”? I get a “duplicate headers” error from the website each time I try.

    You’re using Chrome. I had the same issue. Use a different browser for that one (I used IE), and you’ll be fine.
