    Are yissera capable of being psionically active?

    Are yissera allowed to be a priest or priestess of Yig/Kassegore, a la the Daughters of the Hidden Adder from either Ssethregore or the Abessian Dominion?

    Can they priests/priestess of the Varn?

    These Special Characters are from the Abessian Dominion and yes, they can be priests and holy champions of Yig.

    Can they priests/priestess of the Varn?

    No.
