So St. Patrick’s Day? Just remember to post it before hitting the pub. Regardless most of us will raise a beer in your name that day Pedro. $\":-P\"$

When reading over this, are we to be looking for just content change, or should we point out typos as well?

Not commenting on the errata, just providing the link to a copy of the pdf with spelling/grammar/punctuation errors highlighted. Comments were added to the highlights, they are only visible if you download and view in Adobe.
This will hopefully save other people the time required to do the same.
